Self Pay Rates:
Licensed Professional Counselors
- $200 for initial evaluation
- $150 per follow up sessions
Licensed Professional Counselor Associates
- $125 per session
Nurse Practitioners
- $250 initial evaluation
- $150 per follow up session
We accept most Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Lyra, UHC, UMR & Medicare plans. We currently do not accept Medicare for counseling services.
We do not accept any Medicaid plans.
